How to send property photos and videos to buyers in full quality

Listing photos look worse in a chat app, and the walkthrough video won’t fit in an email. Here’s a cleaner way.

STEP 1

One Room per property

Name it after the address. Upload the photos, the walkthrough video and the floor plan PDF in full quality.

STEP 2

Make it Download only

In Settings, turn Allow uploads off. Buyers can look and download, but nobody adds files to your listing.

STEP 3

Send one link

Paste it in the email or the chat. The buyer opens it on any phone or computer, and the room statistics show you if they did.

Questions

Do buyers need an account?

No. They open the link and look, or download.

Will the video play in the browser?

Yes. Videos play in the Room, and buyers can download the original.

Can I see if the buyer opened the link?

You see how many visits and downloads the Room had.
