Creating a Room takes a free account (Google or email code). The people you share it with never need an account.

How does “send per month” work?
Everything added to your Rooms in the last 30 days counts — by you or by your guests — whether it is still there or not. Deleting files does not give the allowance back; it comes back on its own as each upload passes 30 days. Pro has no monthly limit.
What is storage?
Storage is the total size of all files currently in your Rooms. Files are removed when their Room expires, and that frees storage — but not the month's sending allowance.
What is a Room?
Everything you make here is a Room: the files behind one link. Add files on the homepage and the Room exists — download only, open to anyone with the link. From its Settings it can become a shared space where people upload, view and download together. Guests never need a JustSendFiles account.
I just want to send files once. Is that still free?
Yes. Add files, sign in (Google or email code), send the link. A Room you never customize is exactly that, on every plan. The people you send it to never need an account.
Do uploads lose quality?
No. Files are never compressed, resized or converted. Anyone downloading a file receives the exact original.
How big can a single Room be?
As big as your remaining storage. The 10 GB, 500 GB or 2 TB of your plan is one budget shared by all your Rooms: one Room can use all of it, or thirty Rooms can share it. A Room holds up to 5,000 files on Free, 20,000 on Plus and 50,000 on Pro.
Do Room guests need an account?
No. Anyone with the Room link (and the PIN, if you set one) can add or download files without registering, within the permissions you choose: upload & download, upload only, or download only. With upload approval on, new files stay hidden until you approve them.
What does “Download the entire Room” mean?
Anyone with access to a Room can download every available file in one action, on every plan, regardless of the Room’s total size.
What are complete statistics?
Every plan counts a Room’s visits, uploads and downloads. Complete statistics add: unique visitors, downloads per file, how many times the whole Room was downloaded, and all of it by day, so you can see the evening the photos arrived.

What happens when a subscription ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan. You receive a 7-day grace period during which nothing changes except that uploads beyond the Free limits are refused. After that, every Room — including a Pro Room that never expired — is shortened to expire within 30 days, so download what you want to keep. Subscribing again lets you extend them.
Are there any other limits?
A few technical ones, the same on every plan: a single file can be up to 50 GB; programs and scripts (such as .exe, .apk, .dmg, .js, .sh, .iso) cannot be uploaded; Download all comes in numbered ZIP parts above 800 files; up to 1,000 people can follow one Room; an invite-only list holds up to 200 email addresses; a PIN is 4 to 8 digits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Online payment is not open yet, so nothing is charged today. Once it opens, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free.
