Acceptable Use Policy

Just Send Files is for sharing files you have the right to share. Do not use it for any of the following:

• Content that is illegal where you or the recipient live.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors. We report this to the relevant authorities.
• Malware, phishing kits, or files intended to compromise other people’s devices or accounts.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Harassment, threats, or content shared to intimidate or expose a person.
• Spam, or using the Service as free hosting for automated distribution.
• Attempts to bypass limits, probe the infrastructure, or interfere with other users’ transfers.

Enforcement

We may remove transfers, block links or restrict access without notice when we believe this policy is being violated. Repeated or serious abuse is reported to hosting providers or law enforcement where required.

Reporting

The full list of prohibited files is in section 5 of the Terms of Use. If you find a transfer or Room that breaks these rules, use the report form. Include the link. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
