Turn on Approve uploads first
In the Room’s Settings, under Guest permissions, switch on Approve uploads first. Guests still add photos the same way.
Check what comes in
New files stay hidden from the other guests until you look at them. The blurry, the embarrassing and the accidental screenshots never go public.
Approve, and they appear
Approve the good ones and they show up in the Room for everyone. Guests can then see and download them like any other photo.

Do guests know their photo is waiting?
Their upload goes through as usual. It just stays hidden from the others until you approve it.
Can I limit which files guests upload?
Yes. You can choose the file types and a maximum file size in the Room’s settings.
Does approving change the photo?
No. The approved photo is the original, in full quality.
