One photo album for the whole class: prom and graduation

Thirty phones, one night, and the photos scattered across thirty chats. Here’s how to put the whole class in one album.

In short
  • One Room, one link in the class group chat.
  • Everyone adds photos and videos, no account needed.
  • Anyone can download the whole night afterwards.
STEP 1

Make the Room before the night

One person creates it and names it, like “Class of 2026 prom”. Choose how long it stays open so the last photos still make it in.

STEP 2

Drop the link in the class chat

Or print the QR code on the tables. Classmates tap Add files and pick their photos and videos. Duplicates are caught before they upload.

STEP 3

Star the best ones

Everyone can star their favourites and download just those. Handy for the yearbook or the slideshow.

STEP 4

Ask before anyone posts classmates online

A shared Room is private to whoever has the link. Posting someone else’s photo on social media is a different thing: ask first, especially for younger classmates.

STEP 5

Download the whole night

Download all gives you every photo and video in original quality, on any phone or computer.
