How to share photos after a birthday party

Everyone took photos, nobody sent them. Here’s how to get the whole party in one album the same night.

In short
  • Make one Room and share the link before the cake.
  • Guests add photos from their phones, no account.
  • Download every photo and video the next morning.
STEP 1

Create the Room before the party

Name it after the birthday, like “Ana turns 30”. A free Room is ready in a minute and stays open long enough for late uploads.

STEP 2

Share the link while people are still there

Drop it in the group chat or put the QR code next to the cake. Asking during the party works far better than asking a week later.

STEP 3

Let everyone add their photos

Guests tap Add files and pick photos and videos. They go up in original quality, and duplicates are caught before they upload.

STEP 4

Planning a surprise? Hide the photos until the cake

Set the Room so guests can add but not see, and the birthday person finds nothing before the big moment. Open it to everyone once the candles are out.

STEP 5

Download the whole party

Download all gives you every photo and video at once. On an iPhone they go straight into Photos.
