How to collect baptism photos from all your guests

The photographer covers the church. Grandparents, cousins and friends catch the rest. Here’s how to get all of it in one place.

In short
  • Make one Room before the day and print its QR code.
  • Guests upload from their phones, no app or account.
  • The family downloads every photo and video afterwards.
STEP 1

Create the Room a few days before

Name it after the baby and the date. Choose how long it stays open so relatives who are slow with phones still have time.

STEP 2

Put the QR code on the tables

A small card on each table, or the link in the family group chat. Guests scan, tap Add files and pick their photos. No app, no password.

STEP 3

Ask for the videos too

The candle, the godparents, the first family photo: phones catch moments the photographer misses. Videos go up in full quality, not as chat clips.

STEP 4

Put the photographer’s set in the same place

Ask the photographer to add the edited photos to the same Room, or send their link next to yours. Grandparents then have one place for both, the church and the lunch.

STEP 5

Download everything for the family

Download all gives you every photo and video in one go. On an iPhone they go straight into Photos.

Questions

Do grandparents need to install anything?

No. They scan the QR code or tap the link, and the phone’s browser does the rest.

Can I check the photos before everyone sees them?

Yes. Turn on Approve uploads first in the Room’s settings; new photos stay hidden until you approve them.

Can only the family see the Room?

You can add a PIN, or let in only the people you approve.

One link. Everyone’s photos.
Free up to 10 GB. Guests never need an account.
