In short
  • One Room for the event, the link on the badge or the screen.
  • Attendees upload from any phone, no account.
  • Approve uploads first, then download everything for marketing.
STEP 1

Set up a Room for the event

Name it after the event and turn on Approve uploads first, so nothing appears to others until you have looked at it.

STEP 2

Put the QR code where people look

On the badge, the last slide or a sign at the coffee table. Attendees scan and upload from their phones, with no app and no account.

STEP 3

Review what comes in

Waiting photos show up in the Room for you. Tick the ones to keep and approve them together; the rest stay hidden.

STEP 4

Tell people what the photos will be used for

Put one line next to the QR code: “Photos added here may be used in our event recap.” People who don’t want that simply don’t add theirs, and you are covered.

STEP 5

Hand the set to marketing

Download all gives your team every approved photo and video in original quality, ready for posts and the event recap.
