How to deliver photos to clients: gallery or ZIP?

A ZIP is quick to send. A gallery is nicer to receive. Here’s how to give clients both from one link.

In short
  • A ZIP alone means clients unzip before they see anything.
  • A gallery lets them look first and pick favourites.
  • A Room is both: a gallery, plus Download all.
STEP 1

Upload the final set to a Room

Your exported JPGs and videos go up exactly as they are, no recompression. The client sees a gallery the moment you send the link.

STEP 2

Let the client pick favourites

Clients star the photos they love and can download just those, which makes choosing prints or an album simple.

STEP 3

Give them everything in one tap

Download all hands over every photo in original quality. On a computer it is a ZIP; on an iPhone the photos go straight into Photos.

STEP 4

Control access and time

Add a PIN for private sessions and pick how long the Room stays open. Turn downloads off if you want a view-only proof gallery.

Questions

Are the photos compressed?

No. Clients download exactly the files you uploaded.

Can clients comment on a photo?

Yes, if comments are on for the Room. Writing one needs a free account.

Can my second shooter add photos?

Yes. Send them the same link; they upload without an account, and you can approve their uploads first.

One link. Everyone’s photos.
Free up to 10 GB. Guests never need an account.
