A WeTransfer alternative for photographers

Delivering a shoot should feel like part of the work. Here’s a way that keeps the files, the client and the link in one place.

In short
  • A transfer link is a download box; a Room is a gallery.
  • Clients browse, pick favourites and download in full quality.
  • The Room stays as long as your plan allows, not a few days.
STEP 1

Upload the shoot into one Room

Drag the whole folder in. Large RAW and video files upload in pieces, so a dropped connection does not start everything again.

STEP 2

Send the client one link

The client opens a gallery, not a list of file names. They can look at every photo before downloading anything.

STEP 3

Let them pick favourites

Clients star the photos they love and can download just their favourites in one click, which makes the print order a lot faster.

STEP 4

Keep it open as long as they need

Set how long the Room lasts. On Pro it can stay open for as long as your plan is active, so nobody writes to you a month later asking for the link again.

Questions

Are photos compressed?

No. Every file stays exactly as you uploaded it, RAW files and long videos included.

Does my client need an account?

No. They open the link, look through the gallery and download. Only you sign in.

How is this different from WeTransfer?

A WeTransfer link is a download that expires after a few days. A Room is a gallery the client can browse, star and come back to, for as long as you keep it open.
