How to collect photos from parents after a match or tournament

Every parent filmed the winning goal from a different angle. Here’s how to get them all in one place.

In short
  • One Room per match or tournament.
  • Parents add from their phones, no app.
  • Approve uploads first, because children are in the photos.
STEP 1

Make a Room for the day

Create it the morning of the match and post the link in the team chat. Name it after the opponent or the tournament so it’s easy to find later.

STEP 2

Turn on Approve uploads first

With children in the photos, check what comes in before the whole team sees it. Add a PIN too, so a forwarded link doesn’t open the album.

STEP 3

Share the best of the season

After the match, everyone downloads what they want. Save the best ones to your own folder for the end-of-season video.
