- Which file types can I send?
- Any file: RAW formats from your camera, JPEG, TIFF, PSD or anything else. Files are delivered exactly as you uploaded them.
- Are the photos compressed?
- No. Every file keeps its original size, resolution and metadata.
- Does my client need an account?
- No. Your client or editor opens the link in a browser and downloads, with no account and no app. You need a free account to create the Room, with Google or an email code.
- Can my editor send the edited photos back?
- Yes. Allow uploads in the Room and your editor can add the finished files to the same link.
- Can I download the whole set at once?
- Yes. Download all gives you every file in the Room as one ZIP.
- How long do the files stay available?
- On Free, up to 3 days. On Plus (€5.99/month), up to 30 days. On Pro (€18.99/month), a Room can be set to never expire. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
