Blow out the candles. Keep every video.

You were busy lighting candles and cutting cake while everyone else filmed it. Give your guests one link or QR code to add their photos and videos to a shared birthday Room, in original quality.

Guests do not need an account or an app. They scan, choose their photos and upload.

The host is the one person without photos of the party.

When it is your party, or your child’s, you spend it hosting. The song, the candles and the first bite of cake end up on a dozen other phones.

Afterwards you ask around. One friend sends three blurry photos, another promises to send the video “tonight”, and the clip of the whole room singing never arrives because it is too large for the chat.

A birthday Room collects all of it in one place. Guests scan a QR code at the party or open the link the next day, and their photos and videos go straight into the Room without being compressed.

How it works

  1. Create the Room before the party

Add a photo of the birthday person and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: a name like “Leo turns 6”, a cover, and guests allowed to upload.

  2. Put the QR code by the cake

Download the QR code as an image and print it, or send the link in the invitation chat so it is already on everyone’s phone.

  3. Relive it the next morning

Everything guests added is waiting in one gallery. Save your favourites or download the whole party at once.

  • Full-length videos of the candles
  • No account required for guests
  • Download all in one click

Made for a party, big or small

  • The moments you missed

See the party from every corner of the room, not only from where you were standing with the lighter.

  • Kids’ parties too

Other parents can add the videos of the games and the present opening, and you decide who can see the gallery.

  • Ready for the photo book

Original files keep their full resolution, so the best shots are good enough to print.

Good to know

Do guests need to install an app?
No. The Room opens in the phone’s browser on iPhone and Android. Guests choose their photos or videos and upload without creating an account.
Can grandparents use it?
Yes. They scan the QR code with the phone camera or tap the link, then pick photos from their gallery. There is nothing to sign up for.
Are the videos compressed?
No. Photos and videos are stored exactly as they were uploaded, in their original quality.
Can I keep the gallery to myself?
Yes. Set the Room to upload only and guests can add files without seeing what others uploaded. You can also turn on upload approval or add a PIN.
How do I save everything afterwards?
Use Download all to save the whole Room in one click, or download individual photos and videos.
How long does the Room stay open?
A free Room stays available for up to 3 days, which is usually enough for a party. Plus Rooms can stay open for up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire for as long as you subscribe.
Do I need an account?
To create a Room, yes: sign in with Google or an email code, free. The people you share it with do not: they open the link in their browser and download, or upload if you allow it, with no account and no app (unless you choose “People I approve”, where guests sign in to ask for access).
