Create a Room for the client
Upload the edited gallery in original quality, up to 50 GB per file. Give the Room the client’s name and a cover.
Choose who can do what
Let guests download only, upload only, or both. Turn on “Approve uploads first” so nothing appears before you check it.
Send one link
Your client opens it in any browser and uses Download all to get the whole gallery as a ZIP.

- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They open the link in their browser and view or download the photos. Only you, as the owner, need a free account.
- Are the photos compressed?
- No. Every file is stored and downloaded in its original quality.
- Can guests upload into the same Room as my gallery?
- Yes. Set the Room so guests can upload and download. Turn on “Approve uploads first” if you want to check each guest photo before others see it.
- Can I limit who opens the gallery?
- Yes. Add a PIN, or a list of allowed emails, so only the people you choose can open the Room.
- Can I edit a photo before sending it?
- Yes. The editor at /edit runs in your browser and handles quick fixes like resizing, compressing and background removal.
- How long does the gallery stay online?
- Free Rooms last 3 days, Plus Rooms up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire while you subscribe. Files are deleted when a Room expires.
