A wedding Room gives everyone one simple place to contribute. Guests open the link, choose their photos or videos, and upload them directly from their phones. Everything stays together and nothing is compressed.

How it works

  1. Create your wedding Room

    Add a first photo, or ask for files with nothing at all, and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: your names and date as the Room name, a cover, and guests allowed to upload.

  2. Share the link or QR code

    Place the QR code on tables, invitations or menus. You can also send the Room link in your wedding group chat.

  3. Collect every moment

    Guests upload photos and videos during the celebration or afterwards. You can view, approve and download everything from one place.

Good to know

Do guests need to install an app?
No. The Room opens directly in their phone’s browser. They choose their photos or videos and upload them without creating an account.
Are photos and videos compressed?
No. Every file is stored in its original quality. Photos keep their original resolution, date and camera information, exactly as the phone sends them.
Can guests see what other people upload?
You decide. You can create a shared gallery where everyone can view and download files, or allow guests to upload while keeping the contents visible only to you.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes. Enable upload approval and every new file will remain private until you approve it.
Can I protect the Room?
Yes. You can add a PIN and share it only with your guests.
Can our photographer use the same Room?
Yes. Your photographer can upload the final wedding gallery into the same Room, so professional photos and guest memories can be accessed from one link.
How long can the Room stay available?
A free Room can remain active for up to 3 days. Plus Rooms can stay available for up to 30 days, while Pro Rooms can be set to never expire for as long as you subscribe.
Do I need an account?
To create a Room, yes: sign in with Google or an email code, free. The people you share it with do not: they open the link in their browser and download, or upload if you allow it, with no account and no app (unless you choose “People I approve”, where guests sign in to ask for access).
