- Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
- Yes. A Room works in the phone’s browser, so nobody needs to install an app.
- Do my friends need accounts?
- No. Everyone uploads and downloads through the shared link. Only the person who creates the Room signs in (Google or an email code, free).
- Can we upload videos?
- Yes. Photos and videos can be uploaded in their original format and quality.
- Will everyone see the uploaded files?
- That depends on the Room settings. You can let everyone browse the shared gallery or collect uploads privately so only you can see them.
- Can someone outside the group access the Room?
- Only someone with the Room link can reach it. You can also add a PIN and share it separately with the group.
- Can people add their photos after the trip?
- Yes. Keep the Room active and everyone can contribute when they get home. Free Rooms stay active for up to 3 days, Plus Rooms for up to 30 days and Pro Rooms for as long as you subscribe.
