The organiser adds a first photo and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: the parents’ names, a cover, and guests allowed to upload.
Share it with the guests
Print the QR code for the gift table or the welcome sign, or include the link in the invitation message.
Hand it to the parents
Send the parents the same link. They can browse the gallery and download everything in original quality, all at once.

- Who should create the Room, the organiser or the parents?
- Either. Whoever creates the Room manages its settings. The organiser can create it and share the link with the parents afterwards, so they can view and download everything.
- Do guests need an account?
- No. Guests open the Room in their phone’s browser and upload without signing up. Only the person who creates and manages the Room needs an account.
- Can relatives who were not there see the photos?
- Yes, if the Room lets guests view and download. Share the link with them and they can browse the gallery. Add a PIN if you want an extra layer of privacy.
- Can I check photos before others see them?
- Yes. With upload approval on, every new file stays hidden from guests until you approve it.
- Are photos compressed?
- No. Every photo and video keeps its original quality, so it is good enough for prints and the baby book.
- How long does the Room last?
- A free Room stays available for up to 3 days. Plus Rooms can stay open for up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire for as long as you subscribe. Download everything before the Room expires, because its files are deleted then.
