How it works

  1. Create a Room

    Name it after the class or the event, then allow uploads in Settings.

  2. Share the link or QR code

    Put it on the board, in the class chat or in a note for parents. Add a PIN to keep it to your class.

  3. Review and download

    Turn on “Approve uploads first” so nothing appears for others until you approve it. Use Download all to get everything as a ZIP.

Do students or parents need an account?
No. They open the link in a browser and upload. Only you need a free account.
Can students see each other’s assignments?
Only if you allow it. Set the Room so guests can only upload, and the files stay visible to you.
Can I check photos before parents see them?
Yes. Turn on “Approve uploads first” and each new file stays private until you approve it.
How do I keep the Room to my class?
Add a PIN and share it only with your students or parents, or use a list of allowed emails.
Can they upload large videos?
Yes. Files can be up to 50 GB and are kept in original quality.
How long does the Room stay open?
Free Rooms last 3 days, Plus Rooms up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire while you subscribe. Files are deleted when a Room expires.
