Start line to finish line.
Every photo in one place.
Supporters line the course, volunteers stand at the water stations and runners film their own finish. As the organiser, give everyone one link or QR code to upload into a shared race Room, in original quality.
Runners and supporters do not need an account or an app. They open the link and upload.
Runners want their finish-line photo. It is on a stranger’s phone.
Official photographers cannot be at every kilometre. Family and friends along the course capture moments runners never see.
Afterwards, those photos stay on supporters’ phones or get lost in social media comments.
A race Room gives everyone one place to upload. Runners can browse the shared gallery and find themselves, and you collect everything for next year’s event.
How it works
Create the race Room
Name it after the race and the date, add a cover, and allow guests to upload.
Share the QR code
Print it on race bibs, the finish-area banner and the confirmation email, or post the link after the race.
Collect the course
Runners, supporters and volunteers upload start, course and finish-line photos. Download all as one ZIP.
- Original quality, always
- No account required to upload
- Optional PIN and upload approval
Made for races and fun runs
Every kilometre covered
Supporters along the course fill the gaps between official photo points.
A gallery runners can browse
Let guests see each other’s uploads so runners can find and download their own photos.
You stay in control
Approve uploads first and remove any file at any time.

- Free Rooms last up to 3 days, Plus up to 30 days, and a Pro Room can be set to never expire. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
