- Which file types can I send?
- Any type: PDF plans, CAD exports such as DWG or DXF, renders, images and ZIP archives. Files arrive exactly as uploaded.
- Can the other side send files back?
- Yes. Allow uploads in the Room and they can add their own files to the same link.
- Does everyone need an account?
- No. Only the person who creates the Room needs a free account, with Google or an email code. Everyone else opens the link in a browser.
- Can I mark up a PDF before sending?
- Yes. You can edit PDFs and photos at /edit before you send them.
- Can I protect project files?
- Yes. Add a PIN to the Room. Transfers go over HTTPS.
- How long do files stay available?
- Up to 3 days on Free, up to 30 days on Plus (€5.99/month), and on Pro (€18.99/month) a Room can be set to never expire. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
