Which file types can I send?
Any type: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI or ZIP archives. They arrive exactly as you uploaded them.
Are my files compressed?
No. Every file keeps its original size and resolution.
Does the print shop need an account?
No. They open the link in a browser and download. You need a free account to send, with Google or an email code.
Can the print shop send me a proof back?
Yes. Allow uploads in the Room and they can add files to the same link.
Can I protect the files?
Yes. Add a PIN to the Room and give it only to the print shop. Transfers go over HTTPS.
How long does the link stay available?
Up to 3 days on Free, up to 30 days on Plus (€5.99/month), and on Pro (€18.99/month) a Room can be set to never expire. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
