- Do parents need an account?
- No, to view or upload they only need the link and PIN. They can also Follow the Room for news without an account; leaving comments needs a free account.
- Can parents upload too?
- Only if you allow it. Guests can upload only, or see each other’s uploads, and with approval on nothing appears until you accept it.
- Can we approve photos before parents see them?
- Yes. With “Approve uploads first”, every new file stays private until you approve it.
- How do parents know there are new photos?
- Parents can Follow the Room and get news in the site’s inbox.
- Is the quality reduced?
- No. Photos and videos are stored in original quality.
- How long does a camp Room last?
- A free Room lasts up to 3 days, which suits a weekend trip. For a longer camp, Plus keeps the Room up to 30 days with 500 GB. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
- How many photos fit?
- A free Room holds up to 5,000 files, Plus 20,000 and Pro 50,000.
