What happens on the weekend stays in one private Room.

Bachelor, bachelorette and hen parties are for the group, not for everyone. Give the group one link to add their photos and videos to a private Room, in original quality.

The best photos of the weekend should not end up in the family chat.

A bachelor or hen weekend produces a lot of photos, and not all of them are for the wider world. Yet they end up in a big group chat, forwarded to people who were not there, or lost on someone’s phone.

The organiser also wants the good ones for the wedding speech or the slideshow, and those are usually the full-length videos that never survive the chat.

A private party Room keeps everything with the group. Share the link only with the people who were there, add a PIN, and decide what goes into the gallery. Every photo and video stays in original quality.

How it works

  1. Create a private Room

    Add a first photo and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: a name, a cover, and the group allowed to upload. Add a PIN.

  2. Share it with the group only

    Send the link and the PIN in the group chat with the people on the trip. Nobody else needs to know it exists.

  3. Pick the ones for the wedding

    Browse the whole weekend, remove anything that should go, and download the best moments for the speech or the slideshow.

Good to know

Who can see the photos?
Only people who have the Room link, and the PIN if you set one. You can also set the Room to upload only, so the group adds files and only you see the full collection.
Can I keep certain photos out of the gallery?
Yes. With upload approval on, new files stay hidden from the group until you approve them, and you can delete any file at any time.
Do friends need an account or an app?
No. The Room opens in the phone’s browser on iPhone and Android, and friends upload without signing up.
Can we upload long videos?
Yes. Videos are stored in their original quality and are not shortened or compressed.
Will the photos stay online forever?
Not unless you choose. A Room expires and its files are deleted then: up to 3 days on Free and 30 days on Plus; on Pro you can keep it open while you subscribe. Download what you want to keep before that.
