Talks, slides and hallway moments. All in one place.

Attendees photograph the stage, organisers capture the venue and speakers want to share their slides. Give everyone one link or QR code to a shared conference Room, in original quality.

Attendees and speakers do not need an account or an app. They open the link and upload.

After the conference, everyone asks for the slides.

Photos of the talks end up on personal phones, and slide decks arrive by email days later, if at all.

Organisers then chase speakers, shrink files to fit attachments and send several follow-up emails.

A conference Room collects it all in one place: photos and videos from attendees, venue shots from the team and speakers’ slides, ready to share with one link.

How it works

  1. Create the conference Room

Name it after the event and the year, add a cover, and allow guests to upload.

  2. Share the link or QR code

Show the QR code on screens between talks, on badges or in the welcome email, and send the link to speakers for their slides.

  3. Share it after the event

Approve what appears, then send the Room link in the follow-up email or Download all as one ZIP.

  • Original quality, always
  • No account required to upload
  • Optional PIN and upload approval

Made for conferences and meetups

  • Slides with the photos

Speakers upload their slides in the same Room as the photos of their talk.

  • Full talks on video

Long session recordings upload without chat or email attachment limits.

  • Organiser in control

Approve uploads first, add a PIN for attendees only and remove any file at any time.
