One class.
One album of the big day.
The walk across the stage, the caps in the air, the prom night that followed. Give the whole class one link to add their photos and videos to a shared graduation Room, in original quality.
Classmates and families do not need an account or an app. They open the link and upload.
A whole class took photos. Nobody has them all.
Graduation is the last day the whole class is in one place. Hundreds of photos are taken by students, parents and friends, and then everyone goes in a different direction.
Class group chats fill up and get muted, photos are compressed, and the video of your name being called is on a parent you have never met.
A graduation Room puts the whole class’s photos in one gallery. Share one link in the class chat, or a QR code at the ceremony or the prom, and everyone adds their photos and videos without losing quality.
How it works
Create the class Room
Add a first photo and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: “Class of 2027”, a cover, and classmates allowed to upload.
Share it with the class
Post the link in the class group chat, or print the QR code for the ceremony, the after-party or the prom.
Everyone keeps the whole day
Classmates browse the shared gallery and download the photos they want, or the whole Room with Download all.
- Photos and videos in original quality
- Works on iPhone and Android
- No account required for classmates
Ceremony, party and prom in one place
Photos from every seat
Parents in the audience, friends on stage and classmates at the party all add to the same gallery.
Videos in full
The names being read out, the speeches and the first dance at prom, without cutting them down to fit a chat.
The organiser stays in control
Turn on upload approval, add a PIN, or remove anything that should not be in a class gallery.
Good to know
- Who should create the Room?
- Anyone: a student, a class representative, a parent or a teacher. Whoever creates it manages the settings and can remove files at any time.
- Do classmates need to sign up?
- No. Everyone uploads and downloads through the shared link in their phone’s browser. Only the person managing the Room needs an account.
- Can we keep the prom photos separate from the ceremony?
- Yes. Create one Room for each, or keep everything in one Room. Each Room has its own link and QR code.
- Can I approve photos before the class sees them?
- Yes. With upload approval on, new files stay hidden from everyone else until you approve them.
- Can someone outside the class open it?
- Only someone who has the link can reach the Room. Add a PIN and share it in the class chat for another layer of privacy.
- How long can the Room stay open?
- A free Room stays available for up to 3 days. Plus Rooms can stay open for up to 30 days, enough for everyone to upload after the summer starts, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire for as long as you subscribe.
- Do I need an account?
- To create a Room, yes: sign in with Google or an email code, free. The people you share it with do not: they open the link in their browser and download, or upload if you allow it, with no account and no app (unless you choose “People I approve”, where guests sign in to ask for access).
