Videos of the entrance, the candles and the first dance get compressed or never get sent. Asking each guest separately the next day rarely works.

A birthday Room gives everyone one place to drop their files. Guests open the link, choose their photos or videos and upload them straight from the phone browser.

    Put the QR code on the cake table, the invitations or a screen at the venue, or send the link to friends and family.

Good to know

Do guests need to install an app?
No. The Room opens in the phone’s browser and guests upload without creating an account.
Can I check photos before others see them?
Yes. Turn on “Approve uploads first” and new files stay private until you approve them.
Can guests see each other’s photos?
You decide. Everyone can see and download the shared gallery, or guests can only upload while the contents stay visible to you.
Can I keep the Room private?
Yes. Add a PIN and share it only with the people who were invited.
How do I save everything?
Use Download all to get every photo and video as one ZIP file.
How long does the Room last?
A free Room stays active for up to 3 days and holds 10 GB. Plus keeps it for up to 30 days with 500 GB, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire. Files are deleted when the Room expires.
Do I need an account?
To create a Room, yes: sign in with Google or an email code, free. The people you share it with do not: they open the link in their browser and download, or upload if you allow it, with no account and no app (unless you choose “People I approve”, where guests sign in to ask for access).
