Good to know
- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They open their Room link in a browser and upload. Only you need a free account.
- Can clients see each other’s documents?
- Not if you create one Room per client, which is how we recommend using it. Each client only has the link to their own Room.
- Can I restrict who opens a Room?
- Yes. Add a PIN, or a list of allowed emails, so only that client can open it.
- Can I merge and protect PDFs?
- Yes. /edit/merge-pdf combines several PDFs into one, and /edit/protect-pdf adds a password. Both run in your browser.
- What about photos of paper receipts?
- Clients can upload them as they are. You can turn them into a PDF with /edit/jpg-to-pdf.
- How long are documents kept?
- Free Rooms last 3 days, Plus Rooms up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire while you subscribe. Files are deleted when a Room expires, so keep your own copies.
