An event Room collects everything without a new account for anyone but the organiser. Put the QR code on the badge, the screen or the welcome desk, and attendees upload directly from their phones in full quality.
How it works
Create the event Room
Add a first photo and the Room is ready. Then open Settings: the event name, a cover, and attendees allowed to upload.
Show the QR code on site
Download the QR code as an image for slides, badges or signs, and post the link in the event channel.
Use the photos afterwards
Approve what fits, then save everything with Download all for the recap, the newsletter or the marketing team.

Good to know
- Do attendees need an account?
- No. Attendees open the Room in their browser and upload without signing up. Only the organiser needs an account to create and manage the Room.
- Can we keep the gallery internal?
- Yes. Only people with the link can reach the Room. Add a PIN and share it in your internal channels, or set the Room to upload only so only the organiser sees the files.
- Can attendees upload long videos?
- Yes. Photos and videos are uploaded in their original quality. A single file can be up to 50 GB, within your plan’s storage.
- Can several organisers download the photos?
- Anyone with the link can view and download when the Room allows downloads. Download all saves the whole Room as ZIP, with no size limit (Rooms with more than 800 files download in numbered parts).
- Can I stop uploads after the event?
- Yes. You can change the Room’s permissions at any time, for example switching off uploads once the event is over, so the Room becomes download only.
- How long can the Room stay available?
- A free Room stays available for up to 3 days. Plus Rooms can stay open for up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire for as long as you subscribe, which suits teams that run events regularly.
