Is the signature legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature, which is fine for most everyday documents. For documents that require a qualified electronic signature, use a certified provider.
Is my document uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and edited in your browser. It is only uploaded if you choose to send it with a link.
Do I need an account?
No. You can open, sign and download the PDF without creating an account.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw the signature with your finger on the screen, place it on the line and download the PDF.
Can I add the date or my initials?
Yes. Use Add text to write the date, your name or initials anywhere on the page.
How do I send it back?
Download the signed PDF and attach it, or put it in a Room and send one link.
