Listing photos, documents
and signed forms. One link.
Create a Room for each property. Send buyers and sellers the photos, floor plans and documents, and let them upload signed forms back into the same place.
Clients do not need an account or an app. They open the link and download or upload.
Every property comes with a pile of files.
Photos from the shoot, floor plans, certificates and forms end up spread across email threads and chat messages.
Clients send back photographed pages, and portals reject photos that are too large.
A property Room keeps it all behind one link. You share what the client needs, they upload what you asked for, and nothing gets lost in an inbox.
How it works
Create a Room for the property
Upload the listing photos and documents. Name the Room after the address so you always find it.
Let clients upload back
Set the Room so clients can download and upload. They send signed forms and their own documents into the same place.
Sign and prepare files
Sign or fill a PDF in the browser editor, and compress photos to the size a portal accepts.
- Original-quality listing photos
- No account for clients
- PIN and allowed emails
Made for property work
Listing photos
Share the full shoot in original quality, or compress copies for portals with /edit/compress-image.
Forms and documents
Fill in blanks and add a signature to a PDF in the editor, then put it in the Room.
One Room per property
Each address gets its own link, so the buyers of one home never see another client’s files.
Good to know
- Do buyers or sellers need an account?
- No. They open the link in a browser. Only you need a free account to create Rooms.
- Can clients send documents back to me?
- Yes. Allow uploads in the Room and they can add signed forms or other files from their phone or computer.
- Can I sign a PDF before sending it?
- Yes. Open the PDF in the editor at /edit to add text, fill blanks and draw your signature, all in the browser.
- How do I make photos small enough for a portal?
- Use /edit/compress-image or /edit/resize-image. The originals in your Room stay untouched.
- Can I keep a Room private?
- Yes. Add a PIN or a list of allowed emails. With “Approve uploads first”, new files stay hidden from others until you approve them.
- How long does a property Room stay online?
- Free Rooms last 3 days, Plus Rooms up to 30 days, and Pro Rooms can be set to never expire while you subscribe. Files are deleted when a Room expires.
